OH REALLY!!

Frank Dienes pleaded guilty to the murder of Joe Kopp. The TV interview with Franks wife Char left me with thoughts of, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Char claims that it was self defense. I don't know about anyone else but I know for a fact that if someone is making threats against your life they can and have been removed from their own property. People don't have to take the law into their own hands and take the life of the person bothering them. So with Joe living at the Dienes house, why didn't Frank or anyone else in the house just call police and have them take Joe away? Char claims she knows her husband and he would have never done anything to hurt Amy. I say poppy cock! Char said she didn't know anything about Joe being killed and buried in the families backyard for a month, so how can she say something so stupid? Char didn't know Frank back in 1989, so what else doesn't she know about what her husband can do? I've heard love is blind , but deaf and dumb too? Oh Please.. are we to believe that Char or anyone else at that house didn't notice tracks in the yard or fresh mud leading into the house? What about that lump of dirt that wasn't there in the fall? Here's one for ya, how about the fact that Joe didn't show his face for an entire month anywhere! So Char wasn't home when the shooting took place, how convenient for Frank. The fatal shot going into Joe's head was also a red flag to me. Didn't they say there was a struggle? How odd the shot hit Joe where it did. Guaranteed Joe wouldn't talk after that.

As for Amy Mihaljevic, the wheels of justice still turn and I'm betting that the Bay Village police and the FBI and a few others are looking at Frank Dienes real hard. How could they not? After all the things that have been said about Joe Kopp telling people that he knew for a fact that Frank killed Amy. The rumors swirled like wildfire. Here are just a few that I've come across here on the net and in private conversations with others.

Franks grandfather was the only person in Franks life that cared about him.
Franks father kidnapped his mother at a very young age from Hungary, took her to Canada and married her keeping her from ever seeing her family again.
Frank was doing what he thought was right when it came to taking a wife, he took Amy as his own.
What kind of trouble was Frank in when he was a teen that caused him to be sent away?
Franks grandfather did die in the fall of 1988. Looks pretty close to 1989 to me.
Joe must have had some kind of knowledge that tied Frank to Amy, if it was only just a smidge.
Here's one for ya, what if Char talked Frank into pleading guilty because she was afraid he might come back home!!!

" LET'S TAKE ANOTHER LOOK SHALL WE"

TEN YEAR REPORT

Presented here, for the first time, is the closest description of the Unknown Male what he looks like, what he does, how he behaves, where he lives. Obviously, because his identity remains unknown, these are theories, not facts, but if recent history is any indication, when he is finally caught, he will be remarkably close to much of the description provided by FBI experts. One crucial aspect of the revised “profile” relates to the ubiquitous poster of the suspect. Remember the undistinguished drawing of the slightly built man, unremarkable in appearance? Forget it. At least for now, set it aside. It could be that the Poster Man is not an accurate portrayal of the Unknown Male. The description provided by witnesses was based on fleeting glimpses of a man seen approaching Amy, but not in actual contact with her. There was no reason to scrutinize him and nothing extraordinary about his actions or appearance. Wrenn emphasizes that “people should not hesitate to contact us if they have some information, but the man doesn’t look like the drawing I can’t say that strongly enough.”The rest is a behavioral composite based on 10 years of available information. The offender is a white male. At the time of the crime, he was in his mid- to late 30s, older than average for a first-time child aggressor. He is not remarkable in appearance, within average ranges of height, weight and build. He may look presentable, but not accomplished or professional. “He is socially marginalized, ” according to Etter. “Not in the mainstream, not a run-of-the-mill citizen.”“He won’t fit in with his peers very well, especially women,” adds Lord, “and the people who know him will describe him as ‘odd’ or ‘difficult.’ It’s likely that he was living alone, with a single roommate, or maybe still at his parents’ house.” It is most unlikely he was in a successful marriage, with a normal home and family life. One of the most intriguing aspects of the report is that the killer was most likely to have undergone some sort of dramatic change in his behavior, personality or appearance in the weeks preceding the crime. He developed a sudden compulsive or obsessive disorder, experienced a personal catastrophe or an emotional setback. “He may have started drinking heavily, or stopped drinking suddenly,” says Wrenn. “He could have started into hard drugs or quit a drug habit.” There was a drastic change in his life, maybe a sudden fascination with a cult or radical religious group. Something happened to this man in the fall of 1989, something that would have been noticeable to close friends or relatives.” There was a pre-event stressor,” says Lord, “something that took him from fantasy to action.”The stress in his life may have been reflected in a dramatic change in his physical appearance. He let his hair grow long or cut it very short. His health suffered. His weight fluctuated. There were changes in his appearance or lifestyle. In addition, one important logistical aspect should be noted. This man was not passing through. Contrary to the family’s trusting conviction that no one known to any of them was involved, authorities are confident that the Unknown Male has “… reason to know this area,” according to Etter; “A resident, a contract worker or delivery person familiar with Bay Square.” Lord cites the need for such a predator to select a “hunting ground where he can … move comfortably through the tall grass.”Lord explains that the Ashland County location is just as important. “This was not random,” he says. “When you are disposing of something thatc ould ruin your entire life, you’re going to be careful.” The Unknown Male knew County Road 1181. He had been on that lonely stretch of asphalt before. He knew he could quickly place Amy’s body just over a shallow ridge a few yards from the pavement and expect it would go undiscovered for weeks or months. Wrenn confirms the conclusion: “Yes, we think he was familiar with Bay Village and familiar with the area in Ashland.”The experts go another step. “We believe he had knowledge of the family,” says Etter, “personal knowledge in considerable detail.”The most disturbing part of the report concerns his behavior since the crime. Because there has not been a similar crime reported at least nothing like the complicated telephone plot to lure Amy to a deadly rendezvous the general perception is that, to the best of the investigators’ knowledge, the Unknown Male has never claimed another victim.“We don’t know that he hasn’t done this again,” says Etter. “He may have left the area and done something far away, orhe may have changed his M.O.” Etter goes on to explain the difference between an M.O. and the signature of a criminal. “An M.O. is just what works, and it can vary,” he notes. “The signature aspects of a crime do not vary they are fundamental.” Because of the single known crime and limited evidence, there is no known signature in Amy’s case. The unique M.O. the phone-call setup may have evolved to a different tactic. The best hope experts cite for new information is from past victims, and they believe there may have been some who have never spoken up. “If you look at the statistics,” says Etter, “it is likely this person had criminal sexual contact with other female children and some of those acts may not yet have been reported.”

DOES ANY OF THIS MATCH DIENES? WHAT'S YOUR OPINION?
I read somewhere that Dienes was very close to his grandfather because he was about the only person that was nice to him as a child. I also read where the grandfather died in the fall of 1988. I'm just wondering how much leeway the profile has.

THIS MAY BE THE YEAR THAT TELLS THE TALE

Again it's getting closer to another anniversary of Amy gone missing, this time it may be just a bit different as there is a chance that a solid lead to her abductor and killer may be known.
The case of Frank Dienes, the guy that shot Joe Kopp in the head and killed him, then buried him in his own back yard has started to turn the corner. Joe's story was that Frank killed Amy, and as luck would have it Frank disagreed. I've always heard that there is some truth in stories even if it's just a smidge. So what do you think Joe had on Frank? Well, maybe we will find that out when the trial starts. Could be nothing at all, however I'm not going to miss that case because there's just to many things that match up in Amy's case to Frank Dienes. Granted there are others but they didn't seem to fit as well as Frank. I can say that if Frank didn't have anything to do with it then the person that did fits Franks profile very close.

Caught My Attention !!

Recent television and newspaper articles on the death of Joe Kopp dredged up some things I hadn't thought of in a while. As you may have gathered on occasion I have talked with a few psychics that have and still do work with police depts. all over the U.S. One of them came to mind after hearing that a person was arrested in the death of Joe Kopp and then released. Here's what I'd like to share in part.

While giving me details of what was to come in Amy's case this was said to me,

1. There will be an arrest.
2. The person will take his own life before he goes to court.
3. This will be by his own hand.
4. He will make it look like a heart attack.
5. It will be something he does to himself.
6. There was a woman involved.
7. This woman was the first to see the body the morning after the death.
8. She wouldn't tell for fear the guy would slit her throat too.

Now, after some time, and even when they told these things to me I couldn't fit these pieces into Amy's case, until now. What was the psychic seeing? Did they see all these things happening with Joe Kopp? Was Joe Kopp telling the truth about the killer? Is there a connection with Amy? Sure is making it hard to say no at this point. I've said from the start that it looks to me like the profile is of two different people. Is that possible? Could we be looking for two men and are they related ? which only brings to mind, where does the killers
brother fit into this little story? The killer himself fits the profile, except for the age. His brother pretty much fits that if you figure he is 51 now and deduct 22 yrs. What were they doing on that farm 22 yrs. ago anyway? I don't know if either of these guys had a thing to do with Amy's death, but it sure does look interesting to me. Will someone out there explain why a killer would be out on bond when Joe Kopp was buried in their back yard? Even Casey Anthony was left to rot in jail till a few days ago! I don't believe Cleveland's serial killer Sowell is walking the streets either. Maybe we should all keep an eye on these guys to make sure nothing happens to them before one goes to court! Again this is just an opinion and subject to change any minute!

Police look at new lead in Amy Mihaljevic slaying

Published: Sunday, May 15, 2011, 10:25 AM Updated: Sunday, May 15, 2011, 10:55 AM
amy-mihaljevic-desk-1989.JPGTen-year-old Amy Mihaljevic, the Bay Village girl missing since Oct. 27, 1989, is shown in an undated file photo.

BAY VILLAGE, Ohio -- Bay Village police are looking at possible links between a Seven Hills man and the 1989 disappearance and slaying of 10-year-old Amy Mihaljevic.

The man in question is Frank Dienes Jr., 44, who remains in the Cuyahoga County Jail, charged with aggravated murder and related offenses for the March shooting death of Joe Kopp.

Kopp's body was found buried behind Dienes' house. He was a homeless man who lived for a time in Dienes' garage.

Bay Village Lt. Mark Spaetzel said Kopp "had gone around telling people that Dienes was involved" in Amy's disappearance.

Her body was found in a rural area of Ashland County. Spaetzel said the Dienes family owned property about eight or nine miles from the site.

Dienes would have been 22 at the time of Amy's disappearance.

Bay Village police interviewed Dienes in 1995 in connection with the abduction-slaying, the lieutenant said Friday. "He was called in as a look-alike suspect."

There is also a possibility that Dienes might have done some work for one of Amy's parents. They separated not long after her disappearance, and it is not clear which one may have employed him. Dienes ran a floor-finishing business.

Spaetzel said his department is aware Kopp had a history of mental illness and noted that even if he did tell people about Dienes, "We didn't get any calls from Joe Kopp."

Ian Friedman, Dienes' lead attorney in the Kopp case, said that "our sole focus is on the indicted case against Mr. Dienes. But there is no information that anything has changed since Bay Village police closed their investigation almost two decades ago."

He said, "It was my understanding that [Dienes] was eliminated as a suspect" in the Mihaljevic case.

"Understandably, people do want to figure out what happened to the girl," Friedman said. "I am glad people are revisiting every possibility, and we hope his family can find closure. But the answer is not going to be found with Mr. Dienes."

The defense attorney and the police lieutenant sounded the same cautionary note when they warned there are many rumors circulating, fueled by people heedless of the difference between rumor and fact.

"We only deal in fact," Spaetzel said.

FLASH BACK !

February 8Th 2011 marks another year of finding Amy's body, where does it end? How many more years does Amy's family and the public have to endure before something is said or done by the authorities, that we the people count on everyday? Yes that's right, these folks should have at the very least updated the information that was published on the ten year anniversary. Why hasn't that been done? Who's holding back and WHY? Get it over with already. Something is terribly wrong with this case, what is it? Why hasn't Amy's family stood up and shouted from the highest mountain that they want answers? I would have! I wouldn't stop either until I had answers! Why are they letting this case just fester like it has? It's time that someone tells this family the squeaky wheel gets the oil! Here's what bothers me the most. Everyday on TV you see where a child has gone missing , most found dead, yet they were found and a person held responsible for the act! So why not Amy! I've heard enough theories on the case to write a set of encyclopedias , that's just nuts!! Who do I have to piss off to get my point across? Damned if you do and damned if you don't!!!
