The report missed the boat on one thing right near 1:15--they said police were "looking into" whether Dienes or his family owned property in Ashland near the body. I believe this was already known (in the affirmative?)
Otherwise, it is good to see continuing media coverage. I meant to check the public Cuyahoga docket to see an update on that pre-trial hearing they held on Thursday, and it looks like the hearing is properly summarized there.

He was also formally released on bail on June 9th.
"For Further Discovery?" Could it be the link we're all looking for?
Then again, if the defendant asked for it, he thinks he has something that will exonerate him from one case or another.
Still, the progress in the Sowell trial shows that the wheels of justice are a'turning...

If we are indeed looking for 2 men in this case.... a young Frank resembles one composite sketch, while his older brother Jim wears glasses...circular small wired glasses like those in the other composite sketch...they both drive vans for their flooring businesses. Auditors website shows brother Jim bought in seveh hills in June of 1990. Than would have been just months after she was discovered right near their Ashland property.
whoa...looks like mom and frank moved to their house on rustic oval in January of 1990...just weeks after amys body discovered....were they running away from something out there? Jim's house is up for sale again...is he running from something again now that his brother is in the spotlight again?

I haven't found anywhere that the Dienes family lived in the ashland area. They did and as far as I can tell still do own the property which used to be an old girl scout camp many years ago. I don't know the reason for wanting to sell the property again but I'm thinking it may be because they want to get away from all this.Even more so now that Frank has to stand trial for Joe Kopps murder.

omg!!!! it has something to do with school pictures.... how soon before bay village school pics did north olmsted have their pics taken...I remember in school he had to put our names, addresses, phone numbers, ect. on those forms we turned in.... i have read several places that the person who did this was looking fir a victim that wasnt cared after well. if your psrents dont dress u up on school pic day they may not be too involved with you. the photographer or someone who processes the pics may have been a perve... worth exploring to see if that year the same company took pics in both schools where girls got calls
Regarding the Ohio School Pictures connection, I sent an email to Det. Spaetzel over a year ago and never got a reply. OSP was and still is the company of choice for most if not all Cleveland area schools when it comes to picture services. It seems too perfect though, too obvious. I would imagine the FBI looked for a connection 20 years ago. I would hope, anyway.

It sounds like another connection to the 1995 X-Files episode "Oubliette." But according to my sources there is no photographer involved.
I think we would have heard a name and some background on any photographer if there were one even questioned in this case by now. I know I never heard of one.
