Caught My Attention !!

Recent television and newspaper articles on the death of Joe Kopp dredged up some things I hadn't thought of in a while. As you may have gathered on occasion I have talked with a few psychics that have and still do work with police depts. all over the U.S. One of them came to mind after hearing that a person was arrested in the death of Joe Kopp and then released. Here's what I'd like to share in part.

While giving me details of what was to come in Amy's case this was said to me,

1. There will be an arrest.

2. The person will take his own life before he goes to court.

3. This will be by his own hand.

4. He will make it look like a heart attack.

5. It will be something he does to himself.

6. There was a woman involved.

7. This woman was the first to see the body the morning after the death.

8. She wouldn't tell for fear the guy would slit her throat too.

Now, after some time, and even when they told these things to me I couldn't fit these pieces into Amy's case, until now. What was the psychic seeing? Did they see all these things happening with Joe Kopp? Was Joe Kopp telling the truth about the killer? Is there a connection with Amy? Sure is making it hard to say no at this point. I've said from the start that it looks to me like the profile is of two different people. Is that possible? Could we be looking for two men and are they related ? which only brings to mind, where does the killers

brother fit into this little story? The killer himself fits the profile, except for the age. His brother pretty much fits that if you figure he is 51 now and deduct 22 yrs. What were they doing on that farm 22 yrs. ago anyway? I don't know if either of these guys had a thing to do with Amy's death, but it sure does look interesting to me. Will someone out there explain why a killer would be out on bond when Joe Kopp was buried in their back yard? Even Casey Anthony was left to rot in jail till a few days ago! I don't believe Cleveland's serial killer Sowell is walking the streets either. Maybe we should all keep an eye on these guys to make sure nothing happens to them before one goes to court! Again this is just an opinion and subject to change any minute!

Police look at new lead in Amy Mihaljevic slaying

BAY VILLAGE, Ohio -- Bay Village police are looking at possible links between a Seven Hills man and the 1989 disappearance and slaying of 10-year-old Amy Mihaljevic.

The man in question is Frank Dienes Jr., 44, who remains in the Cuyahoga County Jail, charged with aggravated murder and related offenses for the March shooting death of Joe Kopp.

Kopp's body was found buried behind Dienes' house. He was a homeless man who lived for a time in Dienes' garage.

Bay Village Lt. Mark Spaetzel said Kopp "had gone around telling people that Dienes was involved" in Amy's disappearance.

Her body was found in a rural area of Ashland County. Spaetzel said the Dienes family owned property about eight or nine miles from the site.

Dienes would have been 22 at the time of Amy's disappearance.

Bay Village police interviewed Dienes in 1995 in connection with the abduction-slaying, the lieutenant said Friday. "He was called in as a look-alike suspect."

There is also a possibility that Dienes might have done some work for one of Amy's parents. They separated not long after her disappearance, and it is not clear which one may have employed him. Dienes ran a floor-finishing business.

Spaetzel said his department is aware Kopp had a history of mental illness and noted that even if he did tell people about Dienes, "We didn't get any calls from Joe Kopp."

Ian Friedman, Dienes' lead attorney in the Kopp case, said that "our sole focus is on the indicted case against Mr. Dienes. But there is no information that anything has changed since Bay Village police closed their investigation almost two decades ago."

He said, "It was my understanding that [Dienes] was eliminated as a suspect" in the Mihaljevic case.

"Understandably, people do want to figure out what happened to the girl," Friedman said. "I am glad people are revisiting every possibility, and we hope his family can find closure. But the answer is not going to be found with Mr. Dienes."

The defense attorney and the police lieutenant sounded the same cautionary note when they warned there are many rumors circulating, fueled by people heedless of the difference between rumor and fact.

"We only deal in fact," Spaetzel said.

February 8Th 2011 marks another year of finding Amy's body, where does it end? How many more years does Amy's family and the public have to endure before something is said or done by the authorities, that we the people count on everyday? Yes that's right, these folks should have at the very least updated the information that was published on the ten year anniversary. Why hasn't that been done? Who's holding back and WHY? Get it over with already. Something is terribly wrong with this case, what is it? Why hasn't Amy's family stood up and shouted from the highest mountain that they want answers? I would have! I wouldn't stop either until I had answers! Why are they letting this case just fester like it has? It's time that someone tells this family the squeaky wheel gets the oil! Here's what bothers me the most. Everyday on TV you see where a child has gone missing , most found dead, yet they were found and a person held responsible for the act! So why not Amy! I've heard enough theories on the case to write a set of encyclopedias , that's just nuts!! Who do I have to piss off to get my point across? Damned if you do and damned if you don't!!!
